Our outreach programmes build our connections with the local communities we work in and wish to support. Removing performance art from an overly-academic, unreachable context and demonstrating how it can be relevant to all our lives. We invite artists from our programme to lead workshops within the community and make our events accessible for local groups.

Instant Dissidence with Young Roots
29th-31st May

Rita Marcalo of Instant Dissidence returns to Croydon to work with the Young Roots youth group.

These free workshops with young refugees and asylum seekers will explore their experiences of the local Croydon area, and the UK Home Office Visa and Immigration Centre located there. The stories they share will form the basis of a new audio work which will form part of Tempting Failure 2018.
