About ANERHLOD-LEIBNIZ
ANERHLOD (Alessandro Aloisi) is a classically-trained turned ‘dark-ambient’ composer- musician. Inspired by the creative processes of the universe, ANERHLOD’s intuitively-led, oneiric-sidereal soundscapes cross-over acoustic and electronic, transcribed and improvised music, inviting the listener to explore and experience new, continuously mutating worlds.
This ‘deterritorializing’ quest is shared by LEIBNIZ, a fluid Live Art collective co-founded by Ernst Fischer and Helen Spackman in 2005. Extending their long-standing investment in queering ‘domesticity’, their work as LEIBNIZ addresses issues of displacement and migration, social control and exclusion. The over-arching objective is the ongoing development of collaborative activities from which refreshed concepts and practices of ‘home’ and ‘belonging’ and new, politicised inter-corporealities may continue to emerge.
